Let's begin.

Reaching out is the hardest part. Whatever brought you here — you don't have to have it figured out yet. Just start the conversation.

Send a Message

Tell me a little
about what's going on.

I typically respond within 1–2 business days. If you're in crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 — this form is not monitored for emergencies.

Payment & Insurance

Private pay.
Made simple.

I am a private-pay practice, which means I'm not in-network with insurance panels. This allows for more flexibility, privacy, and individualized care — without insurance dictating the length or focus of your treatment.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their insurance for out-of-network services. Upon request, I provide a superbill — an itemized receipt — that you can submit to your insurance company directly.

Before You Reach Out

A few common
questions.

What happens after I send a message?

I'll respond within 1–2 business days to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a chance for us to talk briefly about what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.

Are you currently accepting new clients?

Yes — I am accepting new clients and currently maintain a waitlist. The right fit is worth a little patience, and I want to make sure we're that for each other.

Do you offer telehealth?

I believe in-person work is generally more effective, and that's my primary format. Telehealth is available on a case-by-case basis for clients with genuine need.

What should I expect in a first session?

An honest conversation. No agenda beyond getting to know you, understanding what brought you in, and figuring out together whether this is the right place for you to do your work.
